Turn Your Anger Into Money (9/22)

Story 9:

In the late 70s, Debbi Fields was a housewife. One day, her husband took her to an after-work gathering in a fancy mansion.

As she was in the library appreciating the plethora of book collections, the owner walked in and blurted out, “What are you doing here?”

Taken by surprise, she timidly replied, “I’m just getting myself orientated.”

The man gave her a hard look that chilled her heart, “It’s oriented. If you can’t speak the English language, you shouldn’t speak it at all.” He quickly disappeared.

Debbi sat in his library with tears streaming down her cheeks. She was so humiliated and raged by this man, but she was more disappointed in herself.

Since she hadn’t thought much of herself, she was too weak inside to take a defiant stand for herself.

Speechlessly fumed, a desire was born in Debbi that night!

She decided that she wanted to be somebody.

She remembered her father always telling her that wealth was doing what you love. What do I love to do? She questioned herself, and quickly, the answer came to her mind: Cookies!

She immediately went to work, baking cookies day and night. Her family thought she was crazy because she had no formal education, job experience, and money.

But she woke up every morning telling herself, “Somewhere there is a person who wants to SAY YES to me!”

Taking her baked cookies with her business plan, she relentlessly went to all local banks to raise funds.

Finally, a banker, after eating all her cookies, gave her a loan.

With the loan, she opened her first Mrs. Fields Cookies in Palo Alto, California in 1977.

The founder of Mrs. Fields turned her anger into a $450 million company. She no longer needs to be somebody. She is somebody!

Lesson:

You can turn your anger into money.

If you’re angry with losing a job, living paycheck to paycheck, or feeling out of control with life, CONGRATULATIONS!

Your anger today can be a gaslight to ignite wealth in the next season.

The library encounter wasn’t an accident for Debbi.

At the time, she was nebulous about her future, living day-to-day. Life was just a conglomeration of events, unfolding unexpectedly.

In her colossal anger, she discovered who she was and what she loved. Suddenly, she lived out her Divine Plan with clarity and purpose.

Anger begets great clarity. The more you don’t like something, the more you become clearer with what you like.

If someone treats you rudely, you’ll appreciate kindness more. If you’re sick and tired of being broke, you’ll desire a plentitude of money in life.

Money follows where love is. The more passionate you are about doing what you love, the more you give out love, and the more doors will open for you.

Like Mrs. Fields, Moses had no idea that he was part of God’s plan to lead the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt.

It all happened because of his anger.

One day, while witnessing the Egyptians abusing his people, Moses became violently angry (Exodus, 2:11).

God saw the righteousness in his anger and made him a leader who would change the course of the Israelites’ fate.

If lacking money frustrates you, regard it as a blessing. What you don’t like puts you on a clearer path of what you do like.

Things don’t happen to you. They happen FOR you. You never lose anything. There is a GAIN in everything.

It’s your birthright to live abundantly, peacefully, and happily.

You didn’t show up in the world as an accident; you came in with a Divine Plan. But you may not be clear with your gift to humanity.

Your anger is an indication of your desires, and desires are God’s gift for you. The part of you, deep inside of your soul, KNOWS that you deserve financial success through sharing your gift.

If clarity is your challenge, here are three steps that helped me and turned my financial ship around:

First, let go of everything and everyone that is not part of your Divine Plan. Things and people either empower you or weaken you, choose your stand. Where your attention is your power.

Second, affirm daily that your Divine Plan is being revealed to you, and your Divine Plan is manifesting easily, quickly, and peacefully. This is effective in attracting prosperity by raising your wealth consciousness.

Third, trust God or your higher self to deliver results in perfect Divine timing, not human timing. You’ve come this far through all the ups and downs, and the universe has always had your back.

If you do this consistently, you’ll dissipate anger and call forth your Divine Plan, which will reveal your gift so that you can open the doors to riches.

Now, open the money door with affirmations:

I love who I AM and what I AM.

I AM unfolding and living my Divine Plan.

I AM happily sharing my gift for a wonderful pay.

Let the money truth be engraved in your heart.

You can turn your anger into MONEY.
