How To Land A Dream Job?

Hello, dear one!
If you’re in the market to seek a job, this story is for you.
And if you’re reading this article, you’re guided here to perceive a job landing from another angel.
At a neighborhood gathering, I met a gentleman who was recently hired by a prestigious company, without a job title!
You heard it right!
The company didn’t have the right position for him, but they created one after a six-hour face-to-face interview.

During the interview, he identified an impending problem the company faced during this down spiral economy.
As the interview unfolded, he realized that the position which he initially pursued didn’t seem beneficial for both parties.
He gathered as much information as he could to learn about the company.
After lunch, he impressed the interview panel with his copious ideas, supplanting challenges with possible new solutions.
Before the interview ended, the panel informed him, “We have a problem. We don’t have the right position for you, but we’ll create one for you.”
Within a week, they offered him an irresistible offer, with a position and a title that was created just for him.
He was hired amid the company’s 8,000 employee layoffs.
“What was your magic?” Since my son would finish high school the next year, I was eager to extract his secrets.
He quickly blurted out two secrets, and here was the first one:
“Choose carefully with who you hang out regularly.”
He grew up in a working-class family. As a teenager, he and his younger brother had to live in a tent after his parents foreclosed their home.
He swore that he would always have financial freedom and live comfortably.  He heard a saying, “Leaders are readers.”
He began reading autobiographies of successful people, investment and financial management books, and leadership and self-development classics.
While other kids in the neighborhood squandered their time hanging out, he read.
Yes, he seemed lonely and was mocked at times, but his inner wisdom kicked in.
Every day he was influenced by someone. Which one was a better choice, clueless peers or philosophers, leaders, and entrepreneurs?
He chose later, and that choice made a difference.
I remember Mr. Jim Rhon said that we are the five people whom we hang out with. If we associate with people who do not seek growth and live like sheep, we’ll become one.
Even Jesus was careful in choosing companions. Out of 12 disciples, Jesus chose John, James, and Peter.
His second secret was common sense, but it had paid me abundant dividends,
“If you want to live like the 20%, you have to be willing to do the 80% who are not willing to do.”
For decades, I pursued personal development and self-actualization. To many, including my dear mother, I was wasting time and money.
While I was traveling on this path alone, I learned secrets about health, wealth, and good relationships that the school system would never teach.
I did what 80% of people would not be willing to do, even with jobs.
Each year, I went to a job interview with the purpose to learn my professional value in the market. I didn’t need a job, but I wanted to practice my soft skills, like extemporaneous in-person communication.
One time after my eight-person panel interview, I walked to my car. As soon as I sat in the car and checked my messages, I saw an email from one of the managers who was on the panel a few minutes ago.
She expressed an unfeigned desire to work with me.

I had no experience in this job position, and the panel promoted my salary as if I had worked there for four years.
When you’re filled with treasure inside, the Universe will open doors for you that no one can shut outside
Associate with people who will serve you and grow you, and this choice will lead you to do 20% of things that 80% of people won’t do.
The majority of people regard jobs are their source of income, so they’ll feel stuck if companies mandate them against their will.
But the 20% who have done the hard work on themselves, ascertain that the right job is always available wherever they are, because of what they are.
You’re never alone. Your higher being inside is always looking out for your best interest. You’re so powerful that you can create any job your heart desires.
If you want to win a dream job today, whom are you associating with now? And are you willing to enter the narrow gate with a few?

I bless you all the job success with a new mindset,
“Don’t choose a job with great vacation time. Choose one that doesn’t need escaping from.”
